We want you to love your lashes. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at eyelashes@sulvlash.com

Eligible for return:
• Unused, unopened products in original packaging
• Defective or incorrect items (we will replace or refund)

Not eligible for return:
• Opened or used lash products (for hygiene reasons)
• Items purchased during final sale unless defective

To start a return, email us with your order number and reason. Approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the item.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong product.
